•All items returned are for store credit OR exchange ONLY. Unfortunately no refunds. Store credit/exchange is valued of the exact amount you paid for the item being returned. Excluding shipping fees.

•Emerald Boutique allows items to be returned for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT within 10 days of the package being delivered. The delivery date we go off of will be from your tracking number we provided.  

•Customers are responsible for paying ALL shipping fees including the return shipping fees to exchange your item.
